The home features a dining room, living room and a spacious kitchen with a deck off the laundry room. Summary: We were in town for volleyball tournament and rented house with another family on team. The 3 girls shared the room with bunk beds. We had plenty of room for everyone to hang out. House has nice deck and decent size yard, but rained the whole time so we didn’t get to take advantage of the outdoor space. Plenty of kitchen items for making meals at the house and the neighborhood was nice.

Summary: We attend the horse races every year and we are always looking for the just right property, in walking distance, from the races.This home was very quaint, comfortable and clean. It was perfect distance from the race track. We walked to and from both days we were there. This home is definitely going on our list for stays in Hot Springs! It was a perfect fit for our group. place.

Summary: The property very clean and well maintained. The hosts were very easy to work with. This is a perfect location for Oaklawn and really close to downtown. I would definitely stay there again.

Summary: We had such a great weekend at the races. This sweet house was perfect. The location was ideal and we just walked to the races. Super clean and comfortable and it had everything we needed. Very safe and charming neighborhood as well.
